Valuable advice
First, our dedicated and experienced team of sales executives will discuss your initial enquiry with you, including the dates you're considering and our first thoughts on how the East Midlands Conference Centre can be adapted to suit you.

Professional event co-ordination
When you confirm your booking, you'll be allocated an experienced Event Co-ordinator who'll be your personal contact throughout the process, to make sure every last detail's been dealt with. You'll enjoy a completely bespoke service with regular meetings and correspondence, and if you have any specific technical or food and drink requirements, we'll discuss them with you, providing suggestions and ideas whenever you need them.

Delivering the goods
With a firm commitment to training and developing our staff, we set ourselves the highest standards so you can be confident that the service you receive will be second to none. On the day of your event, you'll be introduced to your Duty Manager who heads up our team of experienced support staff. Each member of the team is focused on delivering your event to perfection. But in the unlikely event that something's not quite right, all you have to do is tell us and we'll sort out any problems to your satisfaction.
